“With the hay shacks a roll lasts 11 days +. They will pay for themselves very quickly and you will have them for life. They don’t rust or deteriorate at all. In the heavy rain and winds we have had over the last few weeks we didn’t loose any hay in the hayshacks.”

“If you are feeding rolls of hay and not using hayshacks, you are literally throwing your money away. In the paddocks with six 2 year old thoroughbred colts I would normally put out a roll every 3 or 4 days. With the hay shacks a roll lasts 11 days +. They will pay for themselves very quickly and you will have them for life. They don’t rust or deteriorate at all. In the heavy rain and winds we have had over the last few weeks we didn’t loose any hay in the hayshacks. If the rolls were out in the paddocks the hay would have blown away or been ruined by the rain. There wasn’t even any need to anchor them down so they will be perfect when the strong Easterly winds start. I have told my hay supplier that we will need 100 less rolls in the coming year and as I buy more hayshacks we will be using less still. We have been keeping a record of what we are using and it astounds me how long the hay is lasting. I have had no trouble at all getting the horses to feed from it. I would thoroughly recommend hayshacks to anyone.”
